If you did not mean to use the probe, cancel the probe-based function and cook by time or temperature instead. If the message appears with nothing plugged in and no probe function selected, power the oven down by switching off its circuit breakers for one minute, power it back up, watch it for one minute to be sure the code does not return, and verify the oven operates.
