Warranty Repair Support

KitchenAid is a Whirlpool Corporation brand, and a still-covered appliance is often better routed back through that manufacturer channel — we'll say so even when it costs us the job.

If your KitchenAid appliance is still within its manufacturer coverage period, we’ll tell you plainly whether a factory-authorized repair or our own visit makes more financial sense — sometimes that means recommending you go through KitchenAid directly. After that period ends, the work itself is backed by our own 30-day workmanship warranty, and where a replacement part still carries coverage from Whirlpool, that part warranty runs alongside ours.
