The KEMS378G is one of the KitchenAid microwave ovens. KitchenAid’s published description of the KEMS378G is a Superba® 27″ Microwave Convection Upper/Convection Lower Oven. No other specification for it survives in the sources used here. KitchenAid’s US product site shows it in January 2000, and no later capture carries it.
KitchenAid’s archived product page for the KEMS378G also prints KEMS378GBL, KEMS378GWH, which are the same machine in different colours and finishes. A plate reading one of those belongs on this page too. A KEMS378G still in a kitchen today has twenty-odd years behind it, and that age shows first in the door latch, the interlock switches and the turntable drive. Discontinued does not mean unrepairable, but it does mean availability of the specific part for a KEMS378G is established before any figure is put on the job.
