The KMHS120ESS is KitchenAid’s current over-the-range microwave, doing double duty as both a microwave and the range hood ventilation for the cooktop below it. Because those two functions share the same housing, a ventilation complaint and a microwave-electronics complaint are diagnosed as separate systems even though they’re both reported as “the microwave.”
